Everything was very good as expected. There were a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in my economy room. The staff was ready to assist, very helpful and excellent people. The hotel had an exceptionally nice position, close to many very interesting villages. It was also really close to the greenery, the old town for pretty views if short on time, and the restaurant.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonably priced drinks and wines. The staff are hardworking and attentive, especially Vanda, who provides excellent service in the bar and dining room. The rooms, although a bit dated and shabby as described by others, are spacious and clean, with ample storage. I was particularly pleased with the balcony, which provided a lovely view of the rolling hills and beautiful countryside. The breakfast had a superb choice on offer, and the location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to the Old Town and close to a variety of stunning hilltop towns like Bagno Vignoni, Montipulciano, and Pienza.
No major issues, everything was ok.

Spent Xmas here and everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Loved the spacious room with its his & hers wardrobe and the spotless bathroom cleaned by the chambermaids. Enjoyed the endless breakfast options and 4 course dinners - the vegetarian options were plentiful. the hotel's location in the rolling hills is stunning, and the old hilltop village and new town are easy walks away. the nearby bakery and homemade pasta shop were very tasty. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its affordable spa, friendly staff, and lovely location.
The distance from the tourist hotspots - at least an hour to nearby towns. But if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views, this hotel is the perfect choice.

We stayed at this hotel during Christmas and it was lovely to wake up to the smell of freshly made pastries every morning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with stunning hilltop views and plenty of bakeries and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool and the spa facilities which were affordable.
The bedroom was quite basic and outdated with an uncomfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was only available in certain areas of the hotel.
